Despite using very similar imaging hardware as the Premium Edition, Xiaomi managed to improve the Mi 10 Pro in several key areas, thanks to a combination of refined tuning and the processing boost of the Snapdragon 865 chipset.

The new device’s camera delivers excellent (and sometimes class-leading) results in virtually all test categories, making it a top choice for any mobile photography or videography enthusiast, as well as a very deserving new leader in our DXOMARK Camera ranking.

Note that: For scoring and analysis in our smartphone camera reviews, DXOMARK engineers capture and evaluate over 1600 test images and more than 2 hours of video both in controlled lab environments and in natural indoor and outdoor scenes, using the camera’s default settings.

Wow iPhone 11 Pro is trash in 2020.. hope Apple up the camera resolution. 12 mp is archaic!

esu1988817 says:

I am not convinced…..maybe DXO marking has significantly increased the cost of the Xiaomi 10! 💵 💵 💵

Surya Susanto says:

This clarifies the issue that dxo mark has been "bought" by xiaomi. People just cannot accept the fact that xiaomi now does not only focus on hardware and specs, but also camera

michael tingson says:

Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro is not good in taking videos on the front camera. It is very shakey because there's no EIS or electronic image stabilization 👎

J TOEICer says:

A phone that has super saturated colors and can't even swich lenses while video recording and jerks when you turn left or right gets the best video score? What a joke🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This phone's videography is only Huawei P30 Pro level or even less. Check TechZG and Techtablets.com videos and you'll understand its true performance.
Dear DXOMARK, stop overrating phones by giving them ridiculous scores that don't match their actual performance just because they are the latest ones.

Thaddeus says:

Gonna wait for k30 pro for half a price with same specs. But even then dunno, shall i upgrade my k20 pro

Arapaima Gold says:

It's good to have good OIS if you use your hand to hold the phone. But not with gimbals, that aggressive OIS will backfire and give seizures attack.

FB Kensar HD says:

Magic Monkey Dust says:

Forget apple… Apple is well behind… In everything… And Apple chimps still are will to pay 1300 usd for the devils apple…

Android in every single way are light years ahead of Apple…

In China the mi 10 Pro is half the price if the iPhone 11 Pro max.

Yet way better in every way. The OS and UI is even better than iOS.

Well Android is true multitasking…

Android is king. 👑

Pau Gironès says:

Just so you know, I read recently that the Mi 10 used by DXOMARK to make the tests was running a non final version of the camera software. Due to that, they will make the tests again with a definitve version to release more accurate results. It wouldn't be the first time a smartphone manufacturer "cheats" on DXOMARK tests to get better advertisement.

Ahmexus says:

please test OPPO RENO2
