Indeed, if only Fuji had one or two mid-range Leaf-shutter lenses to sync at 1/2000 when shooting with strobes on location 😢

Akhyar Rayhka says:

On my eyes i prefer fuji, but hasselblad will look better when you actually print the darn thing. But ill get the hasselblad bcos it is hasselblad and leaf shutter is just unique.

MyHumanWreckage says:

Years from now viewers will ask: “Why are they wearing those masks?”

in2food says:

Well, for $2,000 less, Fuji holds its own

F ab says:

Fujifilm seems noticeably noisier in low light. Also the Fujifilm GFX has a small medium format sensor.

wayne grundy says:

Big cameras ?we did portraits with rz67 and rb67 and pentax67 in the day .

naveen kv says:

Are you guys serious 07:45 when you compare the dynamic range you shot the image at 100 iso in fuji and 200 iso in Hasselblad.
so its very obvious that Fuji will hold better as Fuji is in a lower iso!!
And at 02:08 see the EXIF details. Hasselblad is gathering more light as fuji has shutter speed of 1/1000 and Hasselblad at 1/1250, i have seen it similar most of the other places

TasKarp says:

You guys look much better without the masks.

Gregory Sargeant, says:

Thank you for the video, we live in an amazing time for photography.

gameshoes says:

On your dynamic range test, you show that the Hasselblad is at ISO 200. Wouldn't that be the reason why it's not retaining those highlights?

Juan Garcia says:

Finally!!! A GFX discussion based on medium format cameras! Who would have thought. Every single review compares it to a DSLR, a Sony FF. No other YouTuber has done this. I applaud you.

sinan çakıroğlu says:

As Fujifilm Gfx 50s User; a review I expected. Thanks.

sinan çakıroğlu says:

here is the review I was expecting

Michael Laing says:

Whilst I am a big fan of Fujifilm, I really hate the GFX 50R. It is a brick with a sensor. Hand held, it isn't nice, particularly when you put a longer lens on it like the 110. It is made worse by one of the most awful AF systems, I can remember. It reminds me of the X-E1 when it was first released, it just won't focus.
I really wish Fujifilm would take a leaf out of Hasselblad, when it comes to medium format. The GFX 50 is ok to hold but it feels big and the GFX 100 feels big and has one of the worst virtical grips, known to man.
I haven't tried the X1DII but I did like the original when I tried it. It isn't the fastest camera in the world but it felt great in the hand, which for me means a huge amount.
