Matti Haapoja says:

How many did you get right out of 5??? Be honest 🙂

Hunter Allen says:

The best way to tell is by looking at the edges of the subject. Sometimes the blur overlaps.

Jon Hagen says:

Got 4 out of 5, but try using the IPhone in a hotzone, or for sports. Forget it! Not ever gonna be like the 1D series! My MK2N still kick the heck out of my P20pro

FADY BASEM says:

I have only 1 wrong

Ndanji M Matabula says:

got 4 correct

Mike Dodge says:

That Focos app is seriously underrated. I use it daily with my business social media posts.

Denise Lisboa says:

got 4 out of 5 right.. the little boy at the lake really confused me haha

Gustavo Federico says:

I got 4 out 5

Augusto Alencar says:

I got 100% of the photos right. Computer photography generates a distinctive visual pattern compared to the visual pattern physically generated by DSLR lenses. Just learn the pattern.

antoine personnel says:

All 5/5 good, but hey, i'm little enthusiast and I'm photoshoping for years studio photos so, obvious AF x), the outline and bokeh is never emulated right on ANY photo from the iPhone 11 ^^, i know a lot won't see that kind of stuff, it does enought job to their eyes and it's fine, but you know at least a little about photo post production and ehancements, it's easy AF, just look where the bokeh start, if it start on the same imaginary line where the focus is made, it's digital processing, it's what they always have wrong, you could also tell it fast by looking at the outline of the focused person/object.

Still impressive tho :).

Desiré Östergren says:

4 out of 5! The fake bookeh gives it away on the iPhone-images! 🙂

yonda ila says:

Damn iPhone are getting good.

Anna Marfa says:

Save money and buy iPhone???

Mike Popescu says:

4 out of 5 :). The one with the lake was a tricky indeed.

wouter says:

Im all for phone photography but these 5 image were really easy. Maybe dont compare portrets.

DjAjonra says:

I got 5 out 5. But thats because I work at Apple and I am use to seeing Portrait mode on iPhone. It was harder to tell when you didn’t use Portrait mode.

Yves Wijnhard says:

I got 5 out of 5. The background and sharpness is way better on the 1DX

thehihatchi says:

4/5 the lake foto was tough.. but the iPhone is crazy good..

rinzler1989 says:

Got 5 out of 5 photos right. The cameras are easy to discern, when you know what to look for. Sometimes the outlines of the person were too sharp and it looked a little out of place on the iPhone. Hair is the easiest giveaway. The iPhone also only focused the person and everything else was blurry. Nevertheless, the photos still look great and you can show them to everyone and it is not obivous that its a smartphone camera.

Kimball says:

I actually got 5/5 correct because the bokeh on the iPhone is just too… blurry? Compared in these shots its just worse, not bad at all (I do love my iPhone 11), but imho the bokeh still needs to be tweaked somewhat to make it perfect.

Jérôme Chatillon says:

4/5. thanks to the good colours delivered by Canon. Also some pictures reveal the more organic the bokeh is with a DSLR System

Faisal Bhombal says:

You need to produce millions of copies to support the eco system required for computational photography. The secret sauce in phones. The only way is if cameras download the raw images into a phone and somehow seamlessly process them there. Which I am sure phone producers will not let happen easily.

Bryan Gerrard-Longworth says:

5/5 – I judged based upon the background blurring applied by the iPhone – incredible quality though nonetheless.

MPY Films says:

I got 4 out of 5, man! Maybe it’s because I’ve been playing with my pro too much lately 😅

אייל גון says:

if you see photos a lot, like teacher or photographer – you can see the difference
i got 5/5. and the problem is not at screen but at printing

Mike Doria says:

Can you imagine when smartphones can trigger flashes?
