Hey everyone, we realize that there was some misinformation about the D850 on this video. It does NOT have an optical low pass filter. Thanks to everyone who pointed it out.
We apologize for this and try to bring you the best camera comparison/reviews we can. We will learn from this and make adjustments to move forward. Thanks for your continued support of the channel.
Please fire that old guy
Thanks for the test! What lenses did you use for this?
Poor Canon lol
Just switched to Somy from Canon and oh man… my only regret is I didn’t do it a year ago! Also, super controversial but I actually love the Sony colour, I wouldn’t touch Nikon’s colour if someone paid me to do so.
um you need a hotter model just sayin. t & a
best Camera Comparison ever
great video you gave me the approval my descision was a good one 😀 ty guys great testing
I didn't think the Canon EOS R was THAT much better than the others that you had to dismiss it!
Now that the A7R 3 jas had its firmware update 3.01 back in early 2019 its better at auto focusing. I also have the A7R 3….just got it because of the 42.4mp resolution…..but yes the A7 3 is prolly the best. But fast forward today and Im waiting to see what the new A7 4 will be capible of come early next year before I deside if I want the A7 3 or get the A7 4……….Im already wanting the A7R 4 for that 61.0mp resolution.
Well finally what we already knew megapixels is a sales gimmick not needed by 99 percent of photographers. Lower mega pixels have always been better for noise. We’ve already established this back in the days of d4 and 1dx etc
A7 III is unbeatable!
For a guy who started photography when ASA (pre-runner to ISO but about same numbers) 125 was considered HIGH-SPEED; the high ISO capability of today's digital cameras (I shoot with a Sony A6500 and an A7iii) is absolutely mind boggling!
I just watched the whole video, and it seemed to me that the Nikon consistently had the best color in still shots. Look at the color in the model's clothes. It also had the best overall image quality in the low iso tests, as I can deal with a bit of grain if everything else is better. I just wish the D850 had a pop up flash on it. That said, the Sony a7 III looks really good for the money.
So I have a nikon 7200. I have about $1500 worth of lenses all of which work with an FX sensor. Thoughts about choosing a7iii over nikon 850? Basically from a price standpoint it is a wash because the sony is lot less expensive so I can invest in glass. Having a hard time deciding. I am concerned about the evf
Is the resolution of the EVF on the a7III a deal breaker? Appreciate any feedback
